If your order has not been delivered within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe and is confirmed lost, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photo or video evidence
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund
3. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
